Ever notice when driving a car with "white/5500k+" LED or HID headlights in poor weather how hard it is to see the road and how much glare you get? Thats because 5000k color is terrible for rain, snow and fog. But Selective Yellow is the best for poor weather conditions. I know some may not like yellow for personal reasons. Don't touch Baja Designs for SAE lighting, they are horrible, but offroad lighting they are great. I don't remember if that year/generation uses the low beam as the running light, but if it does I would disable that if it is possible.
